After a short introduction by Oddur Þorri Viðarsson from the Prime Ministers office The speakers were (in this order) Hélène Landemore, Jón Ólafsson, Salvör Nordal, Alexander Hudson and Claudia Chwalisz from the OECD, who presented the findings of the recent OECD report Innovative Citizen Participation and New Democratic Institutions: Catching the Deliberative Wave.
